Bonjour my lovelies!
I realize that it's been awhile since you last heard from the Studio, but I wanted to take a moment to give you a tour of our "New Home", our virtual home that is! Welcome to the New Grace & Angeline Jewelry! Take your time to explore new collections and revisit old favorites.
Since closing the boutique last December, I took time to have some much needed rest, reconnect with loved ones and travel a bit. This was also an opportunity for me to look inward and try to redefine myself apart from the physicality of the boutique. I got to meet a lot of you in your homes while working on Custom Designed pieces, getting to know you better, which I so love! This was also a time to reflect on what direction to take with our dear jewelry brand, what areas of the work to focus primarily on and which to leave on the sidelines. And although it remains an ongoing process, I am excited to re-introduce the Studio through this new website that I have been working really hard on for the last few months. I hope you love it as much as I do! And I would be grateful if you please helped me grow our community by sharing this update with anyone you think might be interested in my jewelry.
When redesigning the site, I tried to translate as much as I could all the elements that you my clients loved most about the boutique, define the WHY behind Grace and Angeline Jewelry, and introduce a couple of new exciting offerings.
You have always commented on how unique our jewelry is and on the quality and vibrancy of the colored gemstones used. Well that will not change! We will be adding more of these beautiful designs on the website on a weekly basis. Our Bijou du jour will feature designs that are limited editions while supplies last because the supply for the specific gemstones used will be just that, limited, exactly as it was in the store. We will let you know about these lovely designs through social media so we encourage you to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for all our latest updates. For all the Best Sellers check out Our Current Favorites, which is announced on the website's main page and for all new jewelry designs go to New Arrivals. We will send a bi-weekly update via email for those who aren't active on social media. And I am hoping that you won't mind me saying hello twice a month, but if you do, just let me know and I will vary the frequency accordingly.
We will also give you more insights on why your Grace & Angeline jewelry is more than a beautiful ornament, and why it felt so good to come to the boutique and linger among the wonderful colored gemstones. Check our pages for more on the healing properties of our Gemstones and what they can do to balance your Chakras. And although I won't be able to host you everyday in a physical space (at least for now...), I am certain that you will cherish your pieces even more knowing that each has been designed with Intention, whether they were designed for the site or to fill a specific need. For all your Custom Design needs or Heirloom Redesigns, don't hesitate to call or email and we will be happy to meet in person if local, via Skype if not, or any other way that's suitable. When filling out our Custom Design Questionnaire here, make sure to select the "Intention" you want your piece to be governed by. It will make for an even more special design. This is truly the WHY behind our jewelry: Creating jewelry that goes beyond its aesthetic value to serve its wearer's spiritual needs as well.
Now, during my trip to West Africa last February, I visited a market where African Trade Beads are sold. Check our Bead Stories page to learn more about these incredible beads. My beloved had introduced me to them the year before but learning more about their legacy made me desperate to incorporate them into a new collection of designs. So I created "Stories & Talismans", a collection that infuses all the motifs I love: Precious metals, gemstones, ancient symbols, amulets, and African Trade beads! Enjoy a preview of this wonderful new offering under Stories & Talismans as new beautiful designs will be added in the coming weeks.
